Invincibility, Debug cheat menu, all items, weapons, multiplayer skins, level select, level warp and moon jump.

Note 1: This code saves to Controller-Pak. (Memory Card)   Disable this code when saved to Controller-Pak.

Note 2: When starting up a new game; complete Mean Streets, or use the Level Skip. (See code #6 and Note 3)
and you will be taken to the end of level, Stats Menu, now Save  game and Continue Without Saving.
When on the next level: Liberty or Death, pause game and select QUIT GAME.  Now load your save to see all 22 levels unlocked. The 2 secret bonus levels, Wetworld and Going Down, included.
Tip: This will also be working on already existing, Duke Nuke'm: Zero Hour, game saves.

Note 3: Plug in a second N64 Controller. Scroll the levels with L or R and press Z to enter desired level.
Also: with this code on and the Debug, Level Warp, present; press B, to skip level, and to Save your game.
TIP: If you do not have 2 Controllers; remove your one controller and plug it into the second outlet on your N64.

Note 4: Must find all 13 Time Machine parts before reaching The Rack level, to make Going Down level, playable.
